Against thermal bridges and noise
Rising oil prices, the climate change and strong building regulations make sure, that the energy saving topic is an all time favorite. But not an end in itself: The new edition of the “Besserbauer” allocates, that there are more good reasons for heat insulation – i.e. the improvement of the dwelling value. Therefore the coverage of a big housing scheme in Munich shows, not only how to avoid thermal bridges on balconys through energy-efficient reclamation, but also how to create livable official rooms with it.
Modern building materials are not only conducive to a bigger dwelling value, but also to a better entertainment value: Jointless gliding in the new skating park in Munich – this is only possible because of a special HASIT gunite. After the acquisition of the building work the “Besserbauer” has been in the face and shows up the advantages of the material and the processing technology. Before a product like the HASIT gunite is consigned, the needed basic materials will be broadly checked. The “Besserbauer” has a look in the lab of the building material specialist and declares, why high diligence is already necessary at the delivery of the raw material – even hazel-nuts have yet been found as a contamination.
Asides product- and other novelties will be again introduced, which are especially relevant for experts – from HASIT PE 228 Silicate Sol, the new mineral exterior painting, to the new reference data base of HASIT, in which interested constructors can get detailed information on realized projects by the use of products from HASIT.
