As a consulting professional at heller & partner you finished your studies long ago. Since then, you have gathered a lot of agency experience. You have know-how in the field of consulting, you are a good project manager, you keep track of everything even if it's hectic, and you know how to drive the wave of success forward for the customer.

As a professional copywriter you develop great concepts and you look back on several years of agency experience. You have a firm grasp of the orthography (old/new), grammar and style of the German language. You are able to reduce complex information to its essentials. Dealing with words and language is good fun to you. There is no mistake you won't detect. Our copy test is waiting for you - our new copywriter?

As a professional designer you are experienced in campaigns, strong in conceiving and full of ideas. You deliver creative input and professional output. Your standard of quality is high, and so is your customer orientation. You are a team leader and a team player at the same time - as an art director. You have great ideas and love developing concepts - on your own and in a team. You also love doing scribbles, you feel at home in the PC and the MAC world, and you know a lot about preprint - as a designer.

Enough of theory - it's practice time now. As University or Technical College graduate you start at heller & partner as trainee - in consultation, in graphic design or in copywriting. 

If you have successfully finished the training as advertising agent, you can also apply for training-on-the-job at heller & partner.

And also lateral entries are welcome.

During the twelve-month training period you will learn to independently and autonomously look after one customer - as consultant, graphic designer, copywriter. You will be trained at all important areas of the full-service agency business while being coached by our professionals.
